Family Advocate Jennifer Bellamy

Jennifer Bellamy serves as family advocate for the Coffee County Children’s Advocacy Center.
Jennifer’s role as the family advocate involves meeting with children and their caregivers when they come to the center for the forensic interview process.
“It’s my responsibility to connect children and their caregivers with the resources they need, and, most importantly, to help provide them with comfort and support during a time of crisis,” Jennifer said.
Jennifer’s favorite part of her role is witnessing children and families heal.
“I love being able to connect children and their caregivers to needed services and then watching them strengthen and heal,” Jennifer said.
“I believe children should be safe, have a voice and be supported.”
Jennifer is a graduate of Motlow State Community College. She earned a Bachelor of Science in child development and family studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
During the completion of her bachelor’s degree, she interned at the Rutherford County Child Advocacy Center. Jennifer joined the Coffee County CAC in 2005.
