Join Our Quest to End Child Abuse
Join our quest to a healthier society by donating to the center, raising awareness, knowing the facts about child abuse, and learning how to prevent child abuse.
Invest in your community
The Coffee County Children's Advocacy Center depends on the help of our community. Every donation of time, money or an item from our wish list is greatly appreciated, may be tax deductible, and it helps us reduce trauma and provide healing to children and families.
Not only would breaking the cycle of child abuse ensure every child has a safe, healthy and happy childhood but it would lead to a healthier society. Studies show that 14% of all men in prison and 36% of women in prison in USA were abused as children. Children who experience child abuse are nine times more likely to become involved in criminal activity.
With the confidential nature of child abuse cases, raising awareness is challenging and vital. Stigma, misconception and lack of awareness lead to the continuing cycle of child abuse. Follow us on social media, support our programs, and help us raise awareness.
